this week for pals i was not able to get my buddies to do the job instead me and my friends who could not get there buddies to do there job either decided to run a game.we played  football it was hard at fist to find people but then we got loads

today since it was rainy and windy it was hard because me Alex and Tracy normally play on the play ground but me and Tracy decided to try something different. we tryed  netball it was really fun and i showed the care values by trying not to hit others with the netball.

this week i did choir which is run by Mr mcallum and Mrs evens we were practising for the last term 1 whole school assembly. it was a bit frustrating with having to cope with the distracting and people who wouldn't listen but i tried being resilient and tried to ignore it and do what i needed to do which was sing.

Mean Median , Mode and Range .

I can describe mean median mode and range.

mean: add the all the numbers together and then divide the amount per number. e.g 12,15,22,5,10=55

median: is the middle number out of all the numbers e.g  1.2.3.4.5.6.7.[in order]

mode: is were the number that is repeated is the mode e.g 3.4.5.6.3.4.9.8.3 

range: where you have a numbers in a row and you find the last number subtract with the first.e.g 1.2.3.4.5.6.7   1-7 =6.

I can use appropriate skills and technologies to find and use a range of texts for specific purposes.

For my “Evaluating Leaders” research I have been researching about…barack obama and sir Edmund Hillary.

During this unit I have had to use a range of strategies to find the information I needed on Goggle. This include:

List strategies you used here common sense/type what I want specifically/ read carefully.

I have achieved this goal because… From my other experiences with SML working independently helps me get my work done faster.

My next step is to set a new reading goal.

CHOIR leadership post#1

CHOIR today we had choir it was alright the only thing I do not like about choir it takes up  our lunchtime but good news in week 11 we will be performing to the kauri/whole school assembly the songs are hello by Adele and E-te ariki I can't wait.

My Strengths

The striking strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were……. keeping my eye on the ball.

The throwing and catching strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were…….Look at where I was aiming to throw the ball. Point to where you want the ball to go.

My Next Steps

To improve my striking of a ball I need to…Wide base/ Good stance………….because……………my stance is not very good which dose not make the ball go far.

To Improve my catching and fielding I need to…up your hands or reverse cup as early as possible. ……...because…………..it will help me catch it so i can keep an eye on the ball and work on cacthing the ball instead of cupping my hands.

The game that I enjoyed the most was…rounders………..because……………….I liked using the tennis racket and I Improved my batting.
